A post in sim with its post report: Viral, 286K views, and replies from the crowd underneath.

Every post is a roll of the dice.

You write it. Everything after that is the game.

  1. You post

A hot take, a 10K, a photo of your lunch. Say whatever you'd say if a few million people might be watching.

  2. The algorithm decides

Every post goes through a hidden algorithm, and you don't get to choose whether it blows up. Timing, consistency, what's trending today and whether you've been spamming all move your odds.

  3. The crowd reacts

Likes, reposts and replies roll in. Accounts answer in their own voices and reply back when you answer them. Notifications stack up.

  4. You grow. Or you don't.

Followers come when posts land. Then you post again, and the odds start over.

Same post. Three endings.

Some posts flop. Some go viral. Some get ratioed. You find out when everyone else does.

You @you · now

finally ran my first 10k this morning and i want everyone to know #running

  • Flop

    0 0 3 48

Wrong time, nothing trending, and you'd posted six times already today.

  • Viral

    14.6K 27.6K 386K 9.2M

#running was trending, you'd been posting steadily, and the crowd picked it up.

  • Ratioed

    2.1K 12 40 88K

The replies outnumber the likes, and the replies do not agree with you.

Illustrative in-game numbers. Nothing in sim is real, including the people.

A crowd with opinions.

Every account in sim is fictional, and each one sounds like somebody. They reply, they reply back, and when a post takes off they slide into your DMs.

Who follows you back

Verified is earned.

Nobody gets a seal for asking. There's nothing to buy, so the only way up is to post.

  • Verification arrives when you reach a follower milestone.
  • Ranks move as your following grows.
  • Achievements mark what you actually pulled off.
  • Free, with no paywalls, no coins and no ads.

Who writes the crowd.

Replies, DMs and crowd posts are written for you, one of three ways.

  • Apple Intelligence

On supported iPhones, the crowd is written on the device itself. Private, and it never leaves your phone.

  • A cloud model, with your own key

Optional. Connect a provider with your own API key and your text goes straight from your phone to them. sim never sees it.

  • The built-in writer

No Apple Intelligence and no key? The crowd still shows up.

Coming soon to iPhone.

Free. iOS 17 or later. Your first post is waiting for zero people to see it.
